Role Overview
As a Manager - Compliance, you will ensure the organization's policies and procedures meet the rigorous regulatory standards set by local authorities. As part of our team in HQ, you'll work in a HYBRID environment and play a key role in liaising with regulators such as the Insurance Authority and Saudi Central Bank, ensuring continuous alignment with compliance requirements across our operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor the internal compliance framework in line with evolving regulatory obligations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities and coordinate responses to queries or inspections.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments, ensuring all business processes are up to standard.
- Formulate and deliver compliance training programs to employees across various business units.
- Analyze new laws and regulations impacting company operations and communicate developments to the relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare reports for senior management and regulatory bodies regarding compliance status and risk issues.
Must have requirements
- Proven compliance experience with regulatory bodies such as the Insurance Authority or Saudi Central Bank.
- Deep understanding of insurance and financial services regulations in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience leading or managing compliance initiatives.
Nice to have requirements
- Professional certification such as CAMS, CRCM, or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with multinational insurance or financial institutions.
- Legal background or experience in regulatory law.
- Ability to deliver compliance training in both English and Arabic.
